We offer online psychotherapy via applications that support end to end encryption. Online counseling is similar to in-person attendance in that you work with your therapist to manage the issue you want to address and overcome, using online communication instead of attending in person
Online therapy is not limited by geographical location - Flexibility in scheduling, as appointments can be booked outside of working hours at a time that suits you, It also saves valuable travel time to and from the therapist's location - Confidential in your space and at your time - Convenient – the ability to book your support from a location that is comfortable for you
A psychological consultation session lasts 50-60 minutes
This varies and depends on what initially drives you to therapy and what may arise during the psychological consultation sessions
Ideally, sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly. The best results are achieved through consistent and regular meetings, which help us communicate more effectively and create an environment of trust. It is normal for life circumstances to interfere with weekly commitments; however, commitment is an important aspect for success in psychotherapy
